I like it so much! I still get nightmares from being bullied when I was young. The feelings don't disappear even when you've made peace with it or the person, sometimes it can come back. The damage is done. It leaves a scar. It aches from time to time. I truly liked this. I think it's well done. To be honest it would be interesting to pursue more chapters. The struggle can be useful if he can overcome it to help another person, it's truly heroic. Taking a weakness and using it to your own advantage is something Izuku has done repeatedly. Having to learn how to overcome anxiety instead of hiding it away so he can move forward. What would he do though if he had to talk someone down from a place he could have easily ended up? What would happen if Bakugo realized the damage he caused or if he was working with Izuku when he has a panic attack? Lots of stuff can be added if you choose.

I just wanna hug Izuku and protect him from all the harm in the world

Dadzawa at his finest! He just wants the best for his class, even if this means being hard on them.
It's nice to see Izuku opening up to him, I think it shows how much he trusts him. In my opinion you've portrayed both of them in a realistic way. Also, I like how concerned Shoto was - it fits his character.
I enjoyed this story a lot!

I'd love a follow-up to this where Bokugo actually finds out and almost-sorta apologizes in his own way (because let's face it he might try to apologize but it wouldn't come out as much of an apology but Deku would know what he meant so it'd be fine). Anyway, great story.
