The idea of the story has potential but, the way you executed it is disappointing. No offense, the way you've written this was like a child throwing toys here and there. Use more appropriate words in every scenarios and develop more subtleties during conversations. Because your story is completely lacking in complexity and metaphors. Hope you won't take this too hard but you need it sorry.

Sort of ruins the plot.

Not much more point in reading this because you ruined the storyline. Great Red is stronger than Bahamut, Issei is stronger than Great Red, Bahamut makes RISER almost equal to Issei?

I think it would actually be better if you do not add to many more people from other manga's and novels. I just want to see Issei crushing the idiots who try to do stuff in the DxD world. I am really looking forward to the Kyoto arc and him saving Yasaka since he probably knows her like with Gabriel. If you want to do other manga's and novels maybe you could have him and all the others travel to other worlds when the DxD canon ends.

Well this just got plain stupid. Change your stories description because he is no longer the strongest. You just threw in several people who can apparently match him out of nowhere. I only came to read this because I wanted to read about an unstoppable and OP Issei. Not one who now is suddenly weaker then several people.

You just had to go and ruin it by throwing girls at him left and right. Every one of Risers peerage was his harem members and slept with him besides Ravel.

Now he just gets another woman he does not love shoved in his face. You would think they would not be stupid enough to try that after he showed off his power, after all he is stronger than Sirzechs. No one tried to force women on Sirzechs, so what the hell is going on here? Having women he does not love in the harem makes no sense.

So he is literally one of the most powerful beings alive and still was forced into a marriage? So he is nothing but a pussy that will do what others tell him.
