| LordStark5 chapter 22 . 7/21 Most Cailin specifically not a castle that has a Lord and it hasn’t like... Ever. It’s in the Neck, which means that there isn’t the ability to do much in terms of farming, or find any other natural resource which is pretty important for lords. As a result, there is no Lord of Moat Cailin. Theoretically one could name a Master or Knight of Moat Cailin, and have it permanently garrisoned, but the Starks have not seen fit to do so. |
