Galaxies apart, I guess I never thought of what Darth Vader thought of himself. Surely he would reject the identity of Anakin but since he admits he is Luke's father, at least in "Empire Strikes Back," one has to wonder what the admission does to him emotionally. Conversely it's interesting you chose Luke to be the one to come to him, to save and reassure him. Evil does not have the power to take over every aspect of Darth Vader and there's a nice glimpse of that here.

Dark and light are on very different sides of the spectrum. To be human. To meet in the middle where there is no Jedi or Sith, is an interesting concept. It makes me wonder where the next Star Wars movie will take this. Thanks for sharing.
