Harry is OOC to the point he is an OC. The story and writing itself is good, but that brings down the entire ship.

I honestly like how you wrote this story so far. In my opinion, I think you should continue using that creative mind of yours and continue on what you wrote so far. But then again this is your craft as you are the creator so it's up to on how you want to go about for this story.

A bit too harsh the brutal death of what I would say a main character waifu. Like the real Game of Thrones :(

But instead of trying to heal and revive her, he chose to take revenge with the "sacrifice" as payment... disappointing.
I bet it would have been possible to save her, especially if her beheading was just a few seonds prior. Just putting both body parts together, mending the cut ateries and flesh, maybe jumpstarting the heart again and replishing the lost blood would do the trick... probably.
A bit difficult with the technology now... but with magic easy.

And at the end of the chapter Harry wasn't sad/angry at all anymore. R.I.P. MCs personality.
