Very interesting concept... are you going to explain how Minato's alive next chapter? I wish his house wasn't a mansion, in the anime it was only a regular size home, and the couple seemed like they were both simple. But I wish he was rich being the awesome ninja he was, i'm pretty sure he had a lot of savings from all the s-class missions he probably did during his jounin days.

I want to see a naruhina pairing, i just love how they act around each other. Naruto being oblivious and Hinata always nervous and shy only when he's around.

You may want to go back and fix chapter one..if the third is alive they clearly can't take his remains... and just basic editing for each chapter! Though interesting idea!

Hmm, the concept for the story seems interesting, not the one I see often.
I can also understand Minato's feelings regarding the way Naruto lived. But then again ... what did Konoha exactly do wrong?
Well, they shunned Naruto. Yeah, it wasn't exactly nice, but when you think about it ... he is a kid, with huge tailed beast sealed inside of him, the beast that nearly destroyed them all. Umm, I would stay away from that kid. Sorry, but a kid holding inside of him that much power does not give my a whole lot of confidence. So people were afraid of them and stayed away ... a very human reaction. Yeah, villagers acted like humans, who are flawed beings. I can completely understand their reactions.
As for Hiruzen ... and what did he do wrong? He made a law prohibiting adults from mentioning the fox. As such Naruto's peers would grow up without knowing of him being a jinchuuriki. Sure, they still saw how their parents avoided Naruto, but they mostly wrote it off to him being a troublemaker. That gave Naruto best possible chances of actually making friends. Hiruzen could not make people stop fearing people, or just accept him, but he could ensure that the younger generation would not judge naruto based on his ... umm, burden. It is good to see Minato understand that.
So yeah, I can understand why Minato is angry, every father would be, but what did he expect? Did he really think people would be overjoyed to live next to the local analogue of an armed nuke, not to mention a constant reminder of the tragedy that occurred?
Namikaze mansion? Really? Why? He and Kushina had a nice house and seemed perfectly happy with it. I suppose Minato was a rather wealthy person for various reasons, but I don't think he or Kushina would even want to leave in a mansion, I mean there were two of them, kind of kills the purpose of having a mansion when you can be comfortable in a nice little house ... which they actually had. They simply didn't need it. And from what I understand he sealed the house before leaving to fight the fox. Hmm, surprised me that he had time for that, considering there was a giant fox trashing the village, but house safety comes first. Oh and he and Kushina died during the battle, leaving the house sealed ... and leaving their son with no way to access it, because, well he was barely born, doubt Minato stayed behind to make changes to the seals too, since you know ... a giant fox is still trashing the village. In other words mint basically locked his son out of the house ... and he has the nerve to yell at Hiruzen? He himself wasn't exactly the father of year. For crying out loud, he was a father for what, an hour and it was enough for him to screw up. Yes, it wasn't exactly his fault, there was a conspiracy and all, but still.
Hmm, what also puzzled me is that Minato and Huruzen met and talked ... for about two minutes and Hiruzen allowed him to go ... err, no. You go to the office and discuss the matter in detail because some serious things are taking place here. First of all your former page returns, kind of a big deal. Second some Iwa ninja infiltrated the village, a matter that requires a bit more attention than "I'll increase security".
Also I do suggest you tidy up the structure. Start from a new line when a person speaks, because otherwise dialogue is mixed with regular text and it gets a bit annoying.
But overall, this actually has potential. Style is nice, there are some details. It just needs somewhat more polishing and less details. Trust me, Minato won't be any less awesome without having a mansion or some basement full of technique or some other stuff. This story will have to concentrate on the main focus and that is the father-son relationship. That is where the centre of attention should be, but of course some actions and human will be welcome too. So I can only wish you inspiration and luck with the story. May you get many positive review.
