So, if Naruto now knows that Orochimaru is making zombies, isn't he afraid of them spreading and taking over the world? They are infectious after all. Even the council leaders would have understood that having their medic alive to find a cure is more important than dissecting her.

Oh boy, where do I start. First off thank you for the update, it was worth the wait. Second I love how the ninja Sakura killed came back and even spilled his own story, classic villain actions lol. Reading about Naruto's woes as Hokage was funny and a nice snippet of his current life. But the real question here is - what is going to happen to Sakura now? I know that Naruto would support Sakura no matter what, he's crazy like that, but what about the others? Holy shit, I don't know if I should feel scared for her or glad that she finally won't have to hide and will receive support.

The plot is cool. For the pairings... Honestly, I feel as if you can do a KakaSakuIta threesome if you want. Just as long as romance doesn't overtake the plot. And my favorite part; would it bad to say every part? I can't find a part that I dislike. If things become unrealistic, though... And, Sakura right now reminds me of M-21 and his buddies from Noblesse.

Though I can see Sakura planning to run away from the village until she defeats her virus.
Will she ask Naruto to meet outside the village to give vital info so she doesn't get cornered, or is she past caring about getting caught?

I love how you paced this story and created a huge reveal at the end of this chapter. That last tidbit about #83 being seven months ago was a real hit to the gut!

I love this chapter so much, the cliffhanger, the anxiousness you built. I am so intrigued by Gaara's role in this. I love how he's concerned. I am so ready for Sakura to start reclaiming her life and getting her revenge.

Oh gods I'm excited now. Her foundings only mean that there possibly are more monsters out there and with you mentioning that you wouldn't mind including Itachi in the story, this seems like the perfect setup for him. Kabuto bringing back the dead, damn. Now I'm curious to know what other kind of monsters Kabuto has created and who they are. Btw I really like your descriptions of the virus, it's detailed and easy to understand and for someone who knows shit on medicine it sounds plausible.
