But wait, you're Australian? Or is that Aus for Austria? Because my sister and I started going for our license each when we were 17. While I ended up putting it off for several years, my sister has had her license since she was 17. So just curious since you say that age isn't old enough in Aus, so is that Aus as in Oz? Because you know, the age could have changed since my time.

But all four characters deserve better than the two canon ships. Katara deserves better than being an accessory who isn't allowed to feel neglected (wtf with that shit?), Aang deserves someone who will be honest with him and not coddle him. Zuko deserves to not be in an emotionally abusive relationship where nothing he does is ever good enough and is made out to be the bad guy when he dares to not be happy about this, and Mai, well, if she hates court life as she claims to, then she deserves someone who can free her of it, not hold her in it.

But I digress, I'm not saying anything new about it all about it. But poo poo to the smelly canon.

I missed your writing. I read the entire "Stalking" series and loved it, around when you were updating Not Stalking Firelord Zuko, actually. I binged the entire thing in three days, and loved it then. I reread it about three years ago, and this story reminds me why I love your writing so much. It's new, and I don't know how long you'll go with it, but I hope you stay with it, cause it gives me life.

Ahhh so many feels! It’s so sad to see how miserable katara is and I truly believe this is what cannon would’ve been like for her. She settled hard with Aang. Love this idea!

This is a dream come true for me, you don't even know. Just the other day, I was thinking about parallel universes/alternate realities and how there is an AU out there where Zutara is canon and then bam, I come across this fanfiction. I love your writing so much, and I feel genuine sadness for Katara and how she's stuck in Bryke's smelly canon forever lol. I'm really curious to see how everything plays out and I enjoyed Old!Zuko's and Katara's interactions with each other near the end; albeit awkward and strange for them.

I always hated the comics for how they treated Katara, but now that you've made it very clear, I just feel absolute disappointment in Bryke's childish decision for having 'personal preference' in shipping to get in the way with all of Katara's /platonic/ relationships. I wonder if the story will end when katara returns to her universe, I hope not because I want to see how she'll learn to fix her problems. Thank you for this wonderful idea of a story and I will be eagerly waiting for your next update.
