I just finished this story. I’ve been reading it non-stop for about a week to a week and a half while working full time and mom-ing and omg! It gave me life. It was so good. I’m only sad it took me so long to find it.

I adored this story so much, during lockdown is has been my saviour from overthinking at night time. I didnt even like Star Wars before lockdown, but I decided to use the opportunity to watch all the movies, and after I did, yours was the first fic I found. Gosh, everything else is going to pale in comparison now.0

I am loving your story. I do have a small pet hate that you have used. The first sentence says "Ash lied awake that night" this is horribly incorrect grammar. You used the word 'lied' in stead of 'lay'.
Lied means to have said a lie in the past.
I know you can 'lie' down, laid down and I lay down but you can not lied down. Many people make this mistake and it drives me insane. I doesn't detract from the story as it is very well written and I see very few mistakes, but this one always jumps out at me no matter what story it comes from.
