Vulkanus probably meant MINED Iron Ore. Other aliens on other planets probably don't mine Iron Ore because they have vastly superior ore that is more common on their planets. Earth was probably one of the few places to mine Iron Ore in large, consistent quantities. It would be easier to get already mined ore than to go to another planet and dig it up yourself. Especially, if you are wanted criminals.

Ahora que me doy cuenta Charmcaster tenía razón, dado que a Vilgax nunca se le ocurrió hacer SU propio Omnitrix solo quedan 2 teorías por su obsesión con el y Ben.
