Hauntingly beautiful!

Wow... just wow. Their reactions were priceless and so in character, their emotions and thoughts so in sinc with Shikako's experiences. Amazing.

Ohhh that sounds so interesting! The Hot Springs fiasco was so... fucked up? horrible anyway, especially the aftermath, I'm eager to read about Shikako's special people getting to witness it and comment! First chapter in and how they collapsed was awesome (no one daring to interrupt Shikaku and Kakashi was making me laugh; Temari and Mei was so touching).

Oh that? That's just my heart that you stabbed! Like seriously the FEELS! So emotional and yet beautiful, I love it. You are a genius. I cried which can be pretty hard to do. I can count on one hand the number of times I have cried this year. The different perspectives are so interesting, kudos to you for being able to write down so many in a chapter. Also "I have been here before. Knelt, bleeding and dying, before the coming of a god" love that line, I felt chills. I love this entire story.

Please do a third chapter of shikako's reaction to realizing everyone was there, with her (and also Shikamaru bothering her on what the hell a Sisyphus is)

Comparing this and the original, the original is better. The only real end change in this is that Shikako gets teleported to Konoha immediately, rather than walking. The detonation still happens. Shikako is still responsible for it. Ultimately, this just comes off as an attempt to make the original catastrophe fluffy and with the power of friendship-ish, a false win. In the original, nobody won, and it made sure you knew it. And that was good.

I just like to compare this chapter to something Sailor Moon would do with her Sailor Scouts :)

OH MY GOSH THIS IS FANTASTIC

My morbid self would have liked a more tragic ending or for the 'souls' to go back to their body when Shikako was reverse summoned, not knowing what happened to her because Jashin becomes completely cut off from them as he is with Shikako.

But gundammit. This is amazeballs. Ahhhh I can't even words.

Omg please update more i want to know what happens next.

I would love a sequel with the reactions afterwards. Tenten becomes Shikako's High Priestesses. Sai decides its his mission to spread Shikakoism. Anko forms a cult. Eyc. There are are lot of interesting and funny ways a sequel could go. It brings to mind The Book of Naruto by HitokiriOTD.

As a devout follower of the Church of Shikako, I enjoyed this.
