What a roller coaster of emotions! That was absolutely beautiful, I felt the tension, the sadness, the joy and I even cried at certain points. What a truly remarkable story. I enjoyed every minute of reading!

Peridot and Lapis go on their first mission with the Crystal Gems, and BAD SHIT goes down.
Kindergarten maybe, new area that had experiments, yeah?
They accidently trigger something, and...HOMEWORLD ATTACKS! RAH!

It could end with one of the gems shattering. You want heartbreak, like the famous RB?
Do Sapphire or some shit.
She could get shattered or maybe just badly hurt if you don't wanna break Ruby and her up, but by Blue Diamond?
So the CG's wouldn't be able to know when or if she was coming back, and Ruby would get some gud character development :P
How does that sound? No?
Its probably bad, just came up on it on the spot XD
Anyway...this was a great story, and thank you for it.
