Hi~ I'm so sorry I've neglected this story for so long TT

What I really love about this Paralogue is the contrast between Xander and Shion. Both are fathers in a way. Shion because he's literally had a son, and Xander because he's filled that void in the lives of his siblings. Anyway, to see their different responses to and interactions with Tsubaki is fascinating. It's as if in one evening we saw the father Tsubaki has in Shion, and the father he needs in Xander. Xander is a father who will defend, protect, and encourage growth. Shion attacks, kicks down, and yet demands growth. It's a very interesting contrast and I liked how it was explored here.

I always regret reading everything a fanfiction has at the time because i tend to finish them too soon, but i can't help it the ones i read are just too good to resist. I'll be patient and try to shorten my reviews more...actually a lot more, why do i make these so long? Anyway, i've said it enough for it to start being annoying, but good job, and good luck.

I haven't seen anything about this fanfic, but i might as well read it: i more or less understand fire emblem fates and birthright (i think those are their names), and the other authors whos stories i read haven't updated recently

ADORABLE! I love this story, it's such a cute couple and a great story.

I loved how Kamui was able to gently get Tsubaki to admit that he doesn't always get perfect marks and that he does have to try. The fact that he's comfortable with her knowing that is really great.

Oh, but, "Is it because you smell like the flower you were named after?" - favorite line. XD

I have the feeling that if Xander knew what the bet was exactly, he would never have allowed Tsubaki to come within thirty feet of Kamui ever again, lol. I'm pretty sure I know why Tsubaki's dad called back, and I don't think things are going to be hunky-dory on Friday night.

Everything in my inbox took second place to this update. I've been waiting so long for it. I love Tsubaki to death (because I'm a stressed perfectionist too), and there just aren't very many good stories about him.

This one is such an amazing blend of dark and fluffy. Tsubaki's life is so real and unbelievably awful at the same time; it really brings his problems to a relatable level.
I want to give him a hug. My heart was all squeezing inside me when he was hugging Tsubasa as he tried to cope with his nightmare.

I also really like the references to the other FE games that you put in. The Whitewings being singers and Robin being an author and stuff. It's so fun.

It was magnificent. I like that not every story is light and fluffy; this is probably one of the darker fics on my alert list.

Oh, yes, THIS story. Almost forgot about this gem.

Thank you so much. We need more hard-hitting fanfiction that doesn't mince words and deals worth real issues. I...can kind of relate, though I put more pressure on myself than my parents did. My dad, though, had a mother just like that, never satisfied with anything less than perfection. And even if my parents were understanding...I was always expected to be perfect. I was the genius; it was my JOB to be #1 in the class, nay, the entire SCHOOL, K-8, from the time I was in first grade. (It was a very small school.) And one day in 7th grade, I just sort of...lost it, and wound up trying to strangle myself with pipe cleaners. A laughable attempt at suicide, but enough of one to get me psychiatric help, which meant it was the best thing I could've done-shown the intent in a way that carried no actual risk.

There were more pipe cleaners beyond the ones used for the initial attempt. I wound up making them all into a bracelet, which I still have. It's a reminder of one of the lowest moments in my life, so I never forget.

Of course it's Pancakes. Why wouldn't it be pancakes? Well, besides how early they came.

Okay I've never read a fic with Tsubaki and Kamui as the main pairing and this is really interesting! Especially with the modern AU touch and problems that happen in reality.
