Again, in my brain, Alex really isn't Penny's type. I can, however, understand this sort of thing. I get emmbarrased easily, too.

Meh. I never really thought Alex and Penny were right for one another. In my opinion, Penny is better off marrying some comfortable, not-flirty young farmer or saving up enough money to leave the valley and become a bookeeper, as soon as my brother in law Vincent and my friend who lets me play with her dolls (as long as I brush their hair afterwards) Jas are old enough.

I like it very much still, but I hope they aren't falling in love. When the player isn't married, that's Sam's job! I don't like Alex as much as others, but really, I am nice to him, because my brother isn't the best at reading, and I spend 70 percent of my day reading, 10 percent playing video games, and the last 10 percent attending meals and sleeping. ;)

Hey! This is really nice. I love Penny, except I've only been play Stardew Valley for about a year and have married only once, and to Sam, never to Penny, who is sometimes known as the "rescue wife." Hoorah!

I just got into SDV recently and I am SO happy to find that someone else’s likes this ship! I can see that it’s been a long time since you’ve updated, so don’t worry about writing more—I thoroughly enjoyed these 15 chapters very much! Their relationship is so sweet, and I love how you wrote their budding romance! This was a really great read, well done.

Good LORD this fic is like crack. I come back and re-read the whole thing every so often because I love it so much. There is nowhere NEAR enough Penny and Alex content in the world. I know this fanfic stopped updating, but god this was good. I honestly came onto this site for alex x haley fanfiction just cause, but this is such a gem. Just the way the two interacted with each other, and how you made the story pan out (still sad we won't ever get to see that smut).

Its a really cute story, I'm glad I got to read it after looking at some of the fan art made for the two of them that contained some of the scenes you've written about .u.

So I'm a little late to the party here, but I just wanted to let you know how much I'm enjoying this fic. I stumbled on art of it purely by accident when looking for Penny fanart (I just recently started the game and she's adorbs), and ended up looking at more and then wound up reading the whole thing this past weekend. Suffice it to say I fell headfirst into the ship and think the way you've set them up is really believable (especially for two characters who don't really interact in the game, afaik?). It's fun seeing how their heart events play out when they're both involved, and while I know it's been a while since the last update I'm still definitely looking forward to seeing how the rest of their relationship comes together.

Anyways, cute fic; hope to see more of it one day!
