| Guest chapter 5 . 6/17/2019 In neither old or current canon was Biggs primarily a fighter pilot... for some reason. Expanded Universe gives the impression that between entering the academy and graduating that he associated with enough politically important people that simply killing him off like classmates who shared his views wouldn't work so they stuck him in a starfighter and hoped he died. Well that one Empire comic storyline... the one that also made Biggs precognitive, had him rig TIEs with hyperdrives, sniping TIEs with a blaster rifle in a deep space dogfight, and simultaneously the wing commander and 2iC (although the latter role is weirdly split somehow) of a freaking Star Destroyer |
