Sidenote: Aslaug is very intense in stories concerning Ivar (not just yours). It makes her an easy character to hate, but I'm trying to see things from her side. She was a bitch of major proportions but she loved her son and that one redeeming quality (even if she abandoned the others)

Just found this story and I'm so into this story and it's just the 7th chapter. Glad ur back at it. I like Kari's character a lot. She handles Ivar well even with him being a Prince. I suspect his mom is gonna try and warn Kari away. I can't wait for an update!
