Wonderful stuff! Castle didn't make any bad moves while he was with her. If she hadn't wanted him to be able to find her, all she needed to do was leave out that last name. She made it quite possible for him if he felt she was worth the effort. And she surely is worth the effort!

This was just wonderful! Alexis really is the perfect wingman here, a great ice breaker and knows when to scram (lol)! Love Rick's attitude in all this, a bit more subdued than we often see in first meetings by AUs and it's perfect for the tranquillity of snow at the beach. And Jate's nite at her departure is perfect - such a hopefully way to end.
All that's missing is the second chapter with their reunion in the city… I'll send you home baked cookies if you can find it in your heart to write it :-)
