I like where this is going, but try to do the academy some justice. You should have a good profile of what the teachers would act like better.. not to say they're not good but I don't think OZ would shout at anyone anytime soon.
Also your ruby yandere ratio is off in my opinion,

instead it should be 60% innocence 40% yandere.
