Newt is such a sweetheart and he needs more hugs and it isn't his fault he feels like this and he has every right to 's aversion to holding hands reminds me a little of Mr. Adrian Monk, everytime /he/ shakes a hand he has to have a wipe ready, Newt isn't a germophobe, hes2more like a peoplephobe, or a contactphobe. It makes sense, somehow, that Jacob wouldn't make him uncomfortable, i like that detail.
Thank you for writing this, it's an epic character study that I knew i wanted!

Aaaaaahhh. I love Newt so much ohmygod. I think youve portrayed his character very well. Thanks so much for writing this. My sister was really annoyed by him because hes "mousy" and not necessarily a traditional protagonist and that just broke my heart bc hes my favorite part. And she missed everything that your one shot exhibited about Newt.
Anyways! After my rambling- I think this was really well done and i enjoyed it very much. :)
