Seannnn! I really can't blame him too much, he just wants to escape, but I'm sad that he wasn't strong enough to remain loyal to the hunter!

I wonder if the Hunter Great One can mind Mergo's nonphysical body and maybe revive him again... that would be really nice.

I do have a ff account but never really did anything with it...but your two bloodborne stories as well as a few other ones and etc have lit an inspirational flame within me! This story so far is amazing and I hope you finish it, I never felt great about having to kill Mergo and not being able to help Queen Yharnam since Mergo seems to have literally been ripped from her. I hope she at least gets to hold Mergo again since well...I just want her to have a little closure lol. All in all both your bloodborne stories are great but this one has me particularly enthralled and I can't wait for the next chapter which I hope is soon.

Also since Yharnam is found deep in the dungeon of Ihyll do you intend to have the hunter venture to her? And what of the Yharnam stone (If your hunter has to fight her)? Also what of the three third cords? (actually 4) Do you intend to go somewhere with those aka the remaining 3 since I don't think you'll kill Mergo for one.
