I read this story years ago and found it again recently. This story is true to its characters and is a joy to read. One of the best Norribeth stories, to be sure.

This was fantastic from start to finish. Love the characters, love that I can visualize everything - - it plays out like a movie in my head. The story kept me guessing. If three were any grammatical or spelling errors I must, have missed them due to the fact that I was engrossed in this story. Favorited! Very nice work!

Okay so I promised myself I would review every chapter of this fic, but you write so captivatingly well that I was forced to hit the "next" chapter button each time instead of reviewing. I have read this story three times, and I can only say, WOW! This was one heck of a rollercoaster ride, full of tears, laughter, and everything in between. I have never encountered a story that has kindled so many emotions within myself. I felt like a fly on the wall in every scene with your descriptions and delineations of characters. Your writing is truly extraordinary. I realized today that I needed to come back and leave you this review, sheepishly apologetic for how much later it is compared to my other two reviews of the first two chapters. Great chapter! Thank you for providing the backstory on how James and Elizabeth ended up in their respective positions! I believe it lends a lot of credibility to the fic. Also really loved the little bit about the town's rumors and how incredibly exaggerated they were! I think we can all relate to that...:)
