Sorry to read about your health issues, i hope you are managing and doing well. This is an amazing story so far, the characters are so spot on, i can hear them in my head and see them while reading your story. Super amazing job please please continue!

Two things have me taken here. How golf you are at writing this and your chronic issues. I wouldn't label what I have an chronic, but I've had it all my life and I seem to live to get bad news lately.

you are right about that, Spock does have the confidence to walk with a dildo, but I can just imagine the rumors though.

Security Officer: why do you think Mr. Spock was carrying a dildo?
Nurse Chapel: I don't know but I thought he went into the captain quarters with it.
Scotty: ya don't think that huge thing was for the captain do ya!?
Security Officer: I can't think of another reason. the real question is if Spock is going to use it on him.
Nurse Chapel: you not suggesting that the captain and are gay you?! ( queue the heartbreak)
Scotty: I have to agree with miss Chapel surely-
McCoy: what are you talking about?
Security Officer: we saw go into the captain's quarters with a huge dildo and I believe that and the Captain are gay.
McCoy:(laughs) it surely didn't take you this long to figure out that there gay each other.(walk away laughing)

Oh I WISH you'd continued this! Pragmatic yet thoughtful Spock is one of my favourites, and to see Kirk meeting him at his own level is, to use an oft-spoken phrase, fascinating.

This is a really great story so far and I believe that you have made it not just entertaining, but very realistic towards the show. Because while I enjoy fan fiction, when it comes to Spock, I kinda like him to stay within his usual character traits and ma'am have done just that. I'm sorry to hear about your illness but I hope writing stories give you as much joy as reading your work has done to lift my spirits.
