I would see Chloe meeting Hp but I would imagine him being in disguise as the president of The United States and I think he would be using Chloe's talent to speak in different languages as an asset for his own personal game. That and he'd still would want to take over Fairy World besides wanting to cause harm to Timmy and The Earth. Let me know what you think of that Idea?
