Love this! Goku is always depicted as this confident guy who bounces back from anything and everything that's thrown at him. So seeing him be hit by this even so hard is refreshing. After all he still has human emotions, and Black had admitted to him that he killed his family with Gokus body. . I hope that one day you could find the time to wire out the second part. It sound just as amazing

Ahhh, I loved this. Goku's pretty good at bouncing back from traumatic events, but this one certainly hit him harder than most others did, so it was nice to see that looked into here. Wonderful job!

Poor goku I know he didn't let it show much but I think black unnerved him more than we think. May you sleep peacefully from now on Goku

Beautiful story! I loved it! But please...I beg you to write the second part. Not forcing you...just wishing. I just love the dynamics between Gohan and goku. Not just as father/ father or father/son. They're amazing in their own respects.

Your writing was really engaging and you kept them so in-character. It's too bad you couldn't do the second part, but if you get it done you could always add it as an update. ;)

I really like their talk of who raised Gohan and Chi-Chi knocking him on the head for saying it was all her. like bish no it was both of us and don't you dare say otherwise. Nice subtle touch there.

But yosh the idea of Goku having nightmares over this is, ahh, i dunno how to put my feelings into words. I just wanna cuddle him and I love the way you write Chi-Chi here because it's so loving and caring and understanding and just. Mmf. I'm in love.

Not to mention the comparison made between this and when he found out he was the monster that killed Grandpa Gohan. Nice touch again. ~

Also like the idea of Gohan coming over to help out and them bonding over both being fathers instead of father/son. Like. Ah. That's a nice image, too.
