This is such a good story! I feel really bad it has taken me this long to review it. I have read it so many times! The Halstead brothers' relationship is such a beautiful thing and you've done a great job capturing that. And of course, I love the angst! Keep up the good work!

I thought that Jay was the older brother? And that his mother had died whilst Jay was in the Rangers overseas?

I have a lot of anxiety as well, I've suffered with it for quite a while. I have Aspergers Syndrome which makes it worse as well. So I know what you go through.
But I'm the same, I always write stories with the same subject like this, anxiety or depression etc. I just prefer them and because I understand it I guess it makes it easier to write it. :)

it's a good one ! do you think you gone a write more ? maybe you can had a panic attack, or seizure, or ... some thing short but more physic ! Anyway it's a great story and it's nice of you to share with us your story
