Good story. Be neat to see more fill in stories of Old's time as a solis

Wow…excellent story! I could really hear all the characters talking. My favorite scene was the one between Odo and Garak. They're my two favorite characters in the whole show, but I so rarely see them written properly—especially Garak. The scene was just plain fun. A well-paced, intriguing, enjoyable work—good work!

The principal story here is directed to Odo having difficulty adapting to a new way of life. The murder mystery is just one part of the story, yet it is a significant part of the motivation for Odo doing the things he does.

It was interesting to imagine myself in Odo's shoes.

When I read this story, I read it to myself aloud, and tried to read the dialog in the voices of the characters. Reading a story in this way, it becomes evident when a character does not "sound like her/himself."

I am pleased to say that all of the characters in this little story "sound like themselves." The story points and character actions all ring authentic. Well done.

Interesting to say the least, will there be more?
