Leon and I are in different boats so to speak, as I'm completely deaf in one ear and mostly fine in the other, but all the same uggfhhh I can't believe how accurately you've managed to portray all of this. The angsting over whether or not it's worth it to ask people to repeat themselves, the unwanted pity, the sensory overloading in crowded spaces, oh my goddd you did so gooooddddd I know this was last updated in 2017 but please I'm begging you not only is this relatable as hecc but Leon and the Doctor are cute as hell together and we really don't have enough m/m in the DW fandom. As I said, fantastic job! |

I think your interpretation of deafness is completely beautiful and I recommended this fic to my friend just for that purpose.
