For some reason I have this mental image of Cornelia first getting into a fight against a dragon, then deciding that she wants to try to capture and tame one to enhance her intimidating reputation.

There are no color limitations and anyone can learn to use magic. It is simply that what takes a moment for a Planeswalker takes a lifetimefor anyone else.

Through advanced spells or sheer power, Planeswalkers can bring other folk with them. The multiverse and Planeswalkers are not secret. In fact, some planes have gone to war with each other and others have exchanged gifts.

I hope for eventually a five-colored Lelouch tricking Nicol Bolas into making some change to his Spark with the guarantee of regaining his immortality. The result instead disperses Nicol's Spark and uses its energy to fix the revisions The Mending caused to all Sparks. The he kills the nasty, evil Elder Dragon.

I certainly like the mixing of these worlds, but will you be going next legacy or tournament legal with the spells lelouche can learn? And will he get any summoning pacts? Also, which is more absolute, a planeswalker spell or a geass?

okay while i do like the story, in this chapter you either ignored some things while also trying to make excuses for Charles and Marianne.
first and the most important thing that many code geass fan-fiction authors forget while still remaining somewhat faithful to canon is that there's no way that Charles and M didn't know that they were alive when "THEY CAN TALK TO DEAD PPL THROUGH THE RAGNAROK CONNECTION", it's that one detail that is extremely important that makes any kind of secrecy moot point if they actually know the (dead) person
you know that one scene when Charles says he was just talking to clovis

Awesome job and if you are really worried about cannon lining up simply throw out the multiple multiverse theory where the planes that Planeswalkers have access to are the cubicles on a single floor of an infinite office tower and they lack the keys to the elevator and stairs.
