This story reminded me of a post on tumblr that I read of a girl who had her period and asked her friend for a pad, but she didn't have one either. This boy, who overheard, reached into his backpack to give her one, saying, "My girlfriend always forgets to bring them so I keep a few around.” Like, Arnold would totally do this for Helga! And now, I think I need this written. *wink wink nudge nudge*

Oooh this is too sweet. He gave her his shirt so she could cover herself up and was really understanding about it all, just like I imagine he would be. Like, I always figured Arnold would be mature enough to not think of a period as a 'big deal' like a lot of guys tend to do. It also makes sense that Gerald would have some sympathy for it as well because of Timberly. I just really love all of this.
