Thank you for writing this, it was awesome. I loved that Reese and Sameen and the crew were all together. When I watch the show nowadays, I still cry at some of the special moments.

I know you had Reese with Iris, but I just never liked her - maybe becasue of the being a therapist and being attracted to her patient thing . . . . I don't know! But glad you had her to help John come back. I never particularly cared for Zoe either, but she was o.k.

I truly loved the Carter/Reese relationship; even though they killed her character off - she made Reese a better person.

I'm happy to have finally found an interesting Person of Interest fic. Thanks for that!

Quick Tip though: Multiple characters up until this point have used the same exact phrasing to describe John. 'Larger than life' they call him. They feel less real if they all use the exact same words to think of him even in thought. You could try switching it up with different words that mean the same thing or have the characters remember John differently by thinking of a unique quality that they specifically admired.

I’ve spent the last few days reading this and you’ve sent me on a bit of a rollercoaster of emotions. There were things at the beginning that hit a little too close to home and made me a little more emotional that any story has a right to, there were times I was frustrated with not telling the others that they’d found John, even though I understood the concept of not overwhelming him, but the last few chapters, with John’s memories returning and all the tearful reunions have more than made up for it all. Thanks for sharing this, it was very good.

I just finished reading this wonderful ending that I have been waiting for very patiently and I am so glad that Harold and John are finally back together. This has been a wonderful read all the way along and I thing it was such a labour of love on your part. You are a wonderful writer and this holds up against anything I have ever read and it would be such a perfect book on my shelf to go to again. Thank you so much for doing this wonderful alternate ending to our story. You have done a great service for all of the fans of the show and I think it would be great for the creator of that series to have seen and read. The characters were so real and I got to know them so well and 29 chapters is an immense undertaking and could only have been done with real love and admiration for all of our friends on Person of Interest. Thank you so much again. I enjoyed this book tremendously.

What a wonderful ending that left me with a smile on my lips. I could picture John and Harold limping off into the sunset with their two women, arm in arm watching over them. I’ve never watched a tv show that I felt connected to as much as POI and I miss all the characters so much. Thanks to writers like you, it continues.
