Review for Golden:

I love so so much introspective shorts, and Rhen thinking back to the development of her relationship with Dameon and how he grew as a person is honestly the best possible way to chronologically end the collection. It's so sweet, and it loops them back around full circle as the painful quest chapter of their life is closed and they begin the next one, still a little nervous and over their head but this time they're on the path to healing and they have each other. It's such a perfect contrast, the first time they met being a time of hidden darkness and uncertainty where they were both alone without an anchor, while this time their next start is born out of a uniting of hearts and a goal to piece together a broken kingdom and share that healing with their new people.

The reference to Alicia and the mark she's still left on the castle, giving Rhen a link to the mom she never knew is so sweet and perfect and I love it. Alicia's legacy isn't there to overshadow, just to boost Rhen and give her access to pieces of her life she never got the chance to know on her own.

ALSO THE TULIPS PUN OMG I DIE XD That's the bes The ending was teary and sweet and so soft and I love it so so so incredibly much3

Review for Silence:

Okay can I just say that I heckin love the idea of Dameon being the fairie whisperer, like that absolutely fits him and of course his bloodline. Rhen immediately rushing out to find him is so sweet and perfectly fitting to her honestly, I love their dynamic so much. Him not being able to talk at first was a super awesome way to show their connection and ability to read one another so comfortably, I adore how he finally burst out talking when it came to the whole birthday thing and AA I HATE THAT HE NEVER HAD A CHANCE TO HAVE A BIRTHDAY PARTY. His offering of chocolate was super sweet, and I adore them dancing in the fog with the fairy song so much.

Also can I just say that I appreciate Te'ijal on multiple levels XD "Of course not, where shall we go!" best line for her reaction, 11/10

Okay. So. This chapter was so freaking beautiful, I loved the way it flowed and the discriptions for Rhen were so pretty and I could completely visualize that. I absolutely adore how you highlighted the journey he would still be working through over his insecurities, but how unlike before he didn't get lost in them and was able to hold onto what he and Rhen had. The moments with people coming up to congratulate were so sweet, I LOVE THE GUARD FINDING OUT RHEN'S PA WAS HIS BROTHER, and I love that they came to the wedding and accepted Dameon because he needs that fatherly love. And the romance is just so cute and sweet and they deserve all the happy.

Review for The Opposite of Solitude:

I really really really love this! Showing Dameon at war with himself as he gets to see firsthand the impact of what he was part of before when he could be detatched from everything, the flashback to a childhood experience, and them both starting to discover what friendship really means for them.

It was also so cool jumping back from the kiss chapter to this and being reminded how far they came3 I adore them so much

Ooh! That was so good! I liked how you added in the part about Rhen's scars. I feel like most people forget that slaves are whipped quite brutally. It's not just cleaning and killing spiders. I'm also glad to see that Dameon now has a friend that isn't a junk collecting bini!

This was so sweet! I enjoyed it a lot, and I hope that you add chapters with them and their children in the future!

This was so fluffy and sweet and omg I loved it aaaaa! This was the perfect fluffy writing for her going back to Thais, and I so love how you wrote Dameon and Talia's tentative reconciliation! The build up of them thinking they would be forever apart slightly broke my poor heart despite knowing that it was happy ending, but you fixed it with your chapter ending which I adore.

Okay so favourite chapter has been changed to this one. It was hugely impactful, writing it from the point of view of the one who betrayed, his own struggles with his past, snapshots of his memories of his mothers choice to kill his father right to his inability to completely grasp the concept of complete forgiveness. No suffering or hate, no bitterness and rage against him. Just love, understanding, and forgiveness. This has made me all teary, the way you wrote her telling him she forgave him and what those words did to ease those burdens that chained his heart was just so... I don't know how one can properly put into words but yes know that this is a truly amazing chapter.

I am not sure how to put thought into word for this chapter but it comes down to that so far this is my favourite. The way you opened the chapter with her analysis of her companions security in who they were vs her wavering and doubts was the best way to set the tone for everything. Her and Dameon's conversation, and his fear and determination that it would all be over soon. I loved how you went on to capture the mixed emotions of wanting to take back her words yet also yell them over and bring that hurt forward as she saw him go to the other side. The hesitation as she considered what it was to have a world reborn, yet still the innocence of not her wanting to watch it burn out of revenge, but rather wanting to make it soft and warm and a place where she could be happy rather than on duty for people who wanted what she could do rather than who she was.

The moments leading right up to the fairy dust throw were perfect and I loved the flow of how you wrote the events after. I have a whole little mini spazz love of the imagery of Ahriman's defeat by that sword:D The moments between Rhen and Dameon are the best, and him being the chosen one was my favourite little change/addition I love it aaaaaaall!

AND THE LOVE CONFESSION ENDING AAA

This was such a perfect chapter, and I so so love the way you wrote Dameon zeroing in on how Rhen gave so much but was starting to fade a bit under that demand, lending fuel to why he sided with Ahriman in the end before the fairy dust. The little time pun was adorable and I melted at the dear one statement~

Review for Me Too:

AAAA That was so cute and I absolutely love how the story focus was on the lore of the cave and how it affected Rhen! I love how she went from dramatic storytelling to completely focused on Dameon after the fall, adding in the little noticing of his features and the way you balanced that with her trying to make jokes about something she had just freshly learned about her family was perfect.

Review for Innocence:

I really loved this chapter, the way you focused in on that internal battle. You balanced her story of fighting with her doubts and regrets, her determination to protect and be strong with her conflict between war and beauty and struggling to marry the idea that they could coexist. I really really adored how you brought Dameon in to cherish the parts of her that she couldn’t really face, the same way she had done for him in past chapters. Overall this chapter was amazing!

Okay this was so freaking fluffy and adorable and aaaaa I love this so much! I love how you discribed the contrast between cold and the warmth, and bringing in her thinking about Clearwater. The sunshine going down soup comparison was amazing, I love that so much, thats the best comparison and so fitting omg:D

AND THE KISS THING THAT WAS THE BEST I'VE LOVEd THAT LITTE SWITCH OUT SINCE I FIRST HEARD OF IT AAAA I LOVE IT SO MUUUUUCH. And then the forehead kiss and Im a melted fangirl now, that warmth melted more then the chocolate in her hand3

This is such a beautiful peace, even though I knew that she wouldn't die in this I was still so nervous and anticipating as my poor shriveled black heart was forced to feeeeeell the fluffy angst of Dameon's struggle as he's trying to heal her and wrestle with the idea of losing forever. I miiight have gotten a hint of a tear when he started to cry and omg they're so sweet and fluuuuufffyyyyyy!

Trembling:
Oh my god this is the most beautiful oneshot, honestly I don’t even know….gah you broke my englishing skills. This is so beautiful, so introspective and pulling you right along with his emotional journey. That fear he felt I totally could connect with, and your writing of this scene was so elegant and warm and beautiful and I wish I could put into works what this makes me feel. I love so so much how he confessed, and how in that moment instead of stuttering goofy she had that peace herself and she knew what she felt and she put his heart at ease and this was honestly the best way a confession could have ever in a million years gone down between them.
