You realize those rules are impossible to follow. There is no way to not tell someone something they don't know since you don't know what they do know. Also those rules are just plain stupid, especially if they constantly travel between dimensions anyway. There is no reason for the information to be hidden, the whole "destruction of dimensions" thing is just stupid. How is someone knowing their alt. got sorted into Ravenclaw (I'm just using this as an example) going to cause the destruction of the universe?

I like this premise but God your writing makes it hard to read. Have you tried a beta or maybe grammarly (though i don't think it'll catch your punctuation errors since you have way to many) if you don't want to rely on another person.

Is English not your first language? If not then maybe try writing in your native language and using a translation program.

Ouch, talk about run-on sentences. I had to decipher most of this chapter to make sense of it. I see you started using more capitalization in this chapter but the punctuation and grammar/spelling errors, make it really hard to read.

You need to use commas, periods and capitalization. They exist for a reason.
