This was beautiful. Never thought of this possibility, but the concept is facinating. I think l shall consider it canon from now on :P
But also think of Leah, falling for another imprinted werewolf. I get that the point of the story is that it's diffrent w/ Jake, but the idea still amuses me ;;) l love how their relationship grew btw, it seemed like a waaaay more natural progression than the whole soulmate situation.

This was interesting, and certainly very different for Twilight. I appreciate the aspect of Jacob's inability to be with Reneesmee because of his experience with her as an infant, then toddler. It is difficult to think about him changing her diapers and then having sex with her. The infant imprints should be for protection, and for the wolf, a transition from one love to another. R and Cullens needed wolf protection. Jacob's imprint on R forced him to move from Bella. He got to the transition to adult love with Leah. If it didn't include sex and Leah was okay with it then we're happy for them. Interesting, thanks for writing.

Well, they should have talked sooner. Jacob practically cheated on Renesmee - at least emotionally - long before she slept with Nahuel.
SM's idea of imprinting on babies always disturbed me to the core so him being asexual is interesting to explore... but cheating... cheating is my deal breaker in any story. Everyone deserves a clean break before moving on to the next partner.
