![]() ![]() ![]() Man. That got me crying. Poor Ed. Well, at least he was remembered. Man, I feel bad for him. Good job, anyways. If the story can make you cry it's probably a good one. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Wow, sad. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I think I stumbled across this fic in august and was really impressed with the emotional rollercoaster it took me on. I occasionally run out of things I like to read and have to go back and re read stuff until I find something new, and decided to pick this one up again to see if I still liked it. And let me tell you, I cried. Again. Just like last time. I love that Ed didn't make some kind of magical recovery. I like that there was a legitimate amount of heartbreak. I like that people didn't get to say goodbye to him because in real life that's what happens sometimes. I liked how at the end good things really came from a death, in a way that seems realistic. This story was wonderful and I'm really glad I found it when I did, and that I re read it again. That emotional response didn't fade for me and I applauded your story for having the emotional drive without drowning in angst. It's a good balance. Good job:) |
![]() ![]() ![]() Definitely a tragic story - he's way too young to die, but I love how you turned the tragedy into a victory. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ISJDTCUXR IM CRYING. AAHHHHHH |
![]() ![]() ![]() Evil, evil you are. This was painful to read, but I'm guessing that was the intention. Why do I feel like this was a vent out (would that be the right word?) for all the sh*t that DIDN'T go down on the latest chapter of the Ishvalan Accords? Because I thought things would have turned out much worse than they actually did there... All in all, great one-shot. Brings a new perspective on how cruel the extermination was. Ed's bitterness towards the unfairness of it all was heart breaking. Keep writing, and may you be spared from the Writer's Block~ |
