I like that you focused on Peter's manipulative nature. He really is a very capable wizard that way and that's so underappreciated. The fact that he is willing to kill her in spite of his own feelings just goes to show how committed he is to Voldemort. And I think this was an original take on a pairing like this. It seems fitting that it would be a bit dark.

This was suitably dark and spooky, and definitely was a pairing I would never have thought of.

You made the whole pairing fit really well into canon, which must have been difficult for such an unusual pairing, and frankly, I can imagine this being quite realistic during the Goblet of Fire. I can't think of anyone who would be quite as easily manipulated as Gabrielle, really - and she is someone who the majority wouldn't notice a disappearance of straight away.

Overall, a great little drabble, and really original. Good job, and well done!
