I like them all, BUT, let's say they're at a party, #3 should come first, they get drunk,with #1 being said, #2 to confirm it, but it's not remembered, except by Lavi. Kanda is in denial about what happened after the party(but still loves his Aren), while Allen is sick(after being mpreg for months and not knowing) and still having physical issues with weight and all. Won't it be funny when he starts to gain weight!? Is that why Allen is having trouble sleeping now? I was told by my mom(RN), that sometimes the body has a different way of telling us of our maturity(fevers, hallucinations even, and mostly dreams) when those chemicals kick in(puberty). Poor Allen just turned 16! Some people are more aggressive, while others can be meek. You may even think you're dying! I am curious, do they know what was done to Allen in these 'treatments' he was getting? I don't see how any of that was a help or even a road to a cure at all! It just made him more afraid. If he is pregnant, what will they do then? To Kanda and him and the babies? Who are 'THEY' anyways? I love all your ideas. One more chapter to go...

Thanks for the update, it's kinda sad to see that after those 3 months they didn't realize that they had developed a better relationship together (like come on guys, act more like close friends!). Anyway, as for the poll, I'm more inclined towards 2 because given the circumstances, it would take a while for these 2 to actually realize their hidden affection forceach other. 3 might be also good, but I think it could also be detrimental to their 3-month worth of close friendship.. Plus two is more fitting, I'd say. :)
