Hey, I just wanted to drop a message to say I just reread this (having never forgotten it from when I read it years ago), and it is still so beautiful. I hope you're still able to be proud of this extremely huge piece of phenomenal work. I definitely needed the cry that I knew I could get from reading this. :)

I always wonder though, what was "Bumblebee" going to refer to? I just wondered why that was the name of the sequel.

Okay, somehow I felt like I owed this fiction a comment.

It explores the extreme angst with death and all its constitutes. Its a grand idea and something very universal, even underrated.

I loved how you handled Sydney wondering about death. Its a very real moment. Something that reminds me of a real life author who'd written a familiar piece on death.

I also love the struggle that Vaughn constantly faces throught. Its is truly the most heartbreaking concept. Sydney is right, its sometimes harder to watch people die then simply, die.

Although in moments this fiction bordered on being extremely fluffy with the utter devotion that Vaughn has for Sydney, I think the only emotion that could overpower the darness of it all required it.

My only complaint:

There are so many in this fiction I've longed for a moment of levity, just one. With Weiss you really had the perfect instigator. His cutting comments about Vaughn/Syd can really color the dull/angsty atmosphere in canon as I should in this fiction.

dude seriously u have no idea how much i cried while i was reading this story damm... i really enjoyed it not for the crying i mean i cried cuz the story really touched me ...okay just picture reading thsi while listening to toni braxton unbreak my heart and u can understand why i was crying so much lol XD ..anyway congrats and btw whats the name of the sequel?

Hi, i have just finished readin your story. i was a little wary at first of having to committ to such a long story, but now, in the end, im glad i did. that was absolutely unbelieveable. i think you had me in tears in almost every chapter. there were times when i was crying so much that i just couldnt go on reading, my eyes were too blurry. i would like to cngradulate you on a fantastic story. it is amazing. the most captivating and sad fanfiction i have read. you are an excellent writer. thankyou so much for putting in the hard work, your time was worth it.

the time when i was crying the most was when vaughn willingly said goodbye to her, then laid behind her and woke up in the morning to find her in a coma. that was definately the best and saddest part. thankyou once again for writting such a great story. from jessica.

I just finished reading your story an all i can say is wow at first i was cautious not sure the story would work, but i have to say im impressed im not your normal cry at the drop of the hat girl actually i hardly cry at all but your story made me hurt in some places i didnt cry but i hurt and for me to feel that takes a lot you are truly an amazing writer just one thing was when she was dying before the trial for the solution it was a bit dragged on and i was like ok hurry up kinda thing but other than that it was amazing if u write a sequel let me know :)

I've been reading this story for the last few days, funny I should finish it five minutes into Christmas Day. It is, in a word, fantastic. An exceptional piece of writing. You got the characters just right, you developed the story in all the right ways. It was believable and emotional and the last few chapters definatly bought a tear to my eye (quite a feat, in my case). it is almost three oclock in the mornning and i just finished reading your story and I am speehless! The conversations and relationship between vaughn and syd were heart wrenching. I can't even begin to say how mazing this story is and i cant wait to read the sequel. You are like my hero, especially because you got to hug syd and vaughn u luck biotch1!
