Thank you for thoughtfully replying to my review. It shows a high level of maturity, and I am glad that you didn't take offense, but rather understood where I was coming from, and can accept constructive critisism. I am glad to know that you didn't intentionally write this excusing men for sexual assault, because that has been weighing on my mind for quite some time that you and all your fans might be of that mindset.I am really grateful to know that was not the case. That was why I responded so vehemently, because I am extremely concerned about the culture of sexual assault and how it has become the norm, with many people often not knowing they were victims, or being too scared to come forward. I feel like it is an issue that needs to be addressed, so that we can raise awareness and possibly prevent those horrible things from happening.

This is how you get raped, or abused or assaulted in any way. They seem sweet and caring at first, but they only listen to you to get what they want:sex, porn. Never be alone with a man, other than your father, in your room. Don't get too friendly, don't lie down with them, and definitely don't kiss them. of course not all men are predators, but you have to be careful.
This hits close to home because I have had friends who were raped, and molested, and preyed upon by teachers and older males. I know that Adrien is not evil, but what he was doing was wrong, and it was not smart of Marinette to forgive him and trust him again, and especially not to tell her parents. She could end up in serious trouble, letting him be so close.
Also, the way he was saying he couldn't resist impulses makes me mad, because a common thing for people to say when brushing off sexual assault is that "boys will be boys, and they have urges that they can't resist", making it look like it's the victim's fault, and that rape and sexual assault is not as serious as it actually is.
I am not trying to insult you, but I feel very strongly about this topic, and it needs to be said.
