I love it and I have to say that was amazing.

Oh gosh... they were crying for each other. When they were born, their crying, they were screaming for each other.
That's... Of course that is how it was.

That, was really something amazingly done. That thing you did about narrating Mabel's first days of life in her mother's womb. And then continuing that point of view during their birth. Clearly explaining the origin of the attachment, and showing Dipper's and Mabel's very first acts of affection for each other.
And then... referencing all that to them in the present.

And everything centered on that heartbeat sound, and what it means to Mabel.
I think the fic should have that on the title.

I don't remember reading about an explanation of Dipper's and Mabel's attachment to each other before, and this one is simply so sweet.
Also, great how there was no need of either of them to have a dialogue here, except for that little thing Dipper whispers, but he was asleep, and it was more his inner self speaking.

This is like almost perfect to me. It has the most beautiful simplest main theme, and all the events moving around it, in just the right amount of words.

It's the fic I would've wanted to write. Because I wrote a thing about their birth too, which I wanted to make short, but it became really big. But I think this is just what I would have loved to accomplish. A small one-shot that used a current subject in the life of the twins as an excuse to address their peculiar birth, and make the connection between both moments, establishing a capital and beautiful aspect of their bond. I'm so thrilled you actually did it, and like I said, it's almost perfect.
On top of that, January 11 has a coincidentally related significance to me.

So, thanks a lot for this story. And I'd love if you could check out mine, which is like a wider image of this, although, I'll admit, not so powerful and symbolic as this one.
