I have to say, this was a pretty good one-shot for your first kfp story. But... I think that you could make a chapter story to show instances of Po giving Tigress gift, and Tigress second guessing her and Po being in a relationship. Another chapter could be when Po and the rest of the five left for the mission, another can be a chapter of Po join up in the Jade Palace and surprisin the five and Shifu. Another chapter could be a a flash of what had happened to Po in his POV. And there could be an epilogue.

Also, I do have to say that I did see that Po was going to come back, as I have seen way too many kfp stories of where Po "dies" and then it turns out he is still alive. To me it would have been a plot twist if he did not come back.

Aaaaaaaah plot twist. That got me good. Good story btw.
