I have read this and the sequel all today! thank you so much for a gem of a fic, Brie fits into the tale like she's been there the whole time! I was a little disappointed that Nori wasn't her love, but I appreciate their relationship. I like how natural all the relationships are in this actually, quite lovely and entirely worth a days reading. absolutely sweet and meaningful and I will read it again that's for sure! thank you for your work, I wish I could write something half a touching

You know what I loved about this fic? How much focus you put on Brie. At first I was a little bit sad because it took all the focus away from Bilbo, but 1. It’s a fanfic and Brie is interesting and fun so it’s not a bad thing, and 2. Bilbo is still focused on quite a bit. Another thing that I love is that it’s not JUST focusing on the romance. Like that’s a focus, but it’s not THE focus. (But I loved the romance though god bless) You’ve done amazing with this. Now I’m gonna go off and read the sequel.

I loved this story! You did such a great job. Although the part I had been waiting for didn't happen at the end, I had better see Thorin go after her in the sequel. Great job. Definitely adding to my favorites.

Okay I've gotten a bit farther along now ans it's still infredible! I love how you portray the dwarves (and Brie for that matter). Their bickering and other mannerisems are very fun to read and exactly how their characters should act (in my humble opinion at least). I love the way you give Brie and adventurous spirit (and give and explenation for it by talking it off to her Took blood) yet still keep her undoubtedly hobbit point of view, that prim and proper way of life. In lots of these stories, people tend to forget that the personality of the characters they make should be in accordance with their surroundings and situation. For instance a Hobbit would not be overtly brash and bold (they might have a streak but it would not dominate their personality) because they would have been raised in a peacuful, prim and proper environment, with it's own values and beliefs. And you manage to stick true to that, which is no small feet! I love it so far!

Okay this is probably way too early to leave a review but I red the first two pragrapgs and I'm already lovin' it! You use a really nice vocabulary and you've already managed to put a grin on my face! I hope the rest of the story will be as great as this!
