I kind of liked this, but I don't care for the way he treated Mikoto all that much. Would have been better if he had treated her good. I get it was about humiliating Sasuke though.

Have you ever thought about doing somethin like Sasuke's wife cheating on him with Naruto. There are tons of Hinata (or what ever girl) cheats on Naruto with Sasuke stories, and most of them is because Naruto is made out to have a tiny dick compared to Sasuke, and has not stamina. So what about a story where Sasuke's wife cheats on him all the time with Naruto because he treats her better before, during, and after sex. Would be good to see Hinata have to be married to Sasuke for some reason, but is fucking Naruto all the time and gets pregnant with his child, or even Sakura constantly joining Hinata and Naruto in bed.
