I found it really sad that each birthday got darker as it went on. Poor Alex. And you've made me really hungry with all the pancakes, even though I've just eaten... Anyhow, gorgeous oneshot, nice snapshots of his life. Well done :)

M-chanchen chapter 1 . 3/1/2016
Hi,
I think this is really well written. It needs a bit time to get used to those irregular time jumps in that you have set the birthdays. I really enjoyed reading although it has some depressing note.
wolfern chapter 1 . 2/29/2016
This was a great story :D Cute in the beginning, and then it was sad, but hopeful at the end... I'm glad you wrote this :)

Ok, so, I just got home and since I read this while still on the bus, I just HAVE to comment and say that this is adorable and it has made my day.
I mean, obviously the torture is not adorable - no - but the rest... You know, this story does bring that confortable feeling, you know? Like when is really really cold and you get to stay home and watch a movie from beneath the blankets and is just so... warm and good?
I don't know. I just loved it. And I'm once again amazed at how good of a writer you are and - might I add - I love that this isn't absolutely heartbreaking, because seriously, I wouldn't forgive you if you made me cry on the bus.
Anyway.
I loved this and, yes, it was really quick - maybe a bit too much *narrowing eyes* - but I'm sure I'll be seeing more of you here *pleading eyes* so...
Yeah.
Thanks for sharing.
Kisses,
Bri.
