I thought it was an Amazing thing that Jack realized that Ella was him- only a lot lot worse. I just hope the Guardians realize it too.

I may have stopped reading this half-way because I did errands and played a VERY long game of chess (I kept on losing!) but the lines you wrote/typed in this chapter moved me and you're right - it is the most feelz filled chapter you have ever written so far! I am feeling the feels as if I just came back from a 100 kilometer run without pausing and just finished and tired as hell.

Bipolar is a good way to describe Ella. It's kind of entertaining to see the switch in what she's feeling/thinking though. To go from fighting herself over how she feels about Jack to maniacally wondering how a Nightmare statue would look is a good example of this. The fact that she's cold enough to scare a NIGHTMARE... just wow. But if Jack manages to get through to her and somehow show her the world is not as cold as she thinks it is, will she still hold the same power over the nightmares? I dunno. Guess I'll have to wait and see.
