Wow, this is one of the most consitant and detailed creative fanfictions I have seen a while. This story takes the idea of Isaac's personalities all in his head. And while I can say this has been done before so I can't give you full credit on that, I can say that you did this idea in the best way possible, by actually having them have an impact on Isaac himself rather a bunch characters that pop-up from time to time. The chemistry and between Isaac and Chara actually go really well together as they grow up to care and nurture for each other. The drama and dark themes were done very well and handled in my opinion very appropriately, it comes off as actual tense and not just "cringe-worthy drama". This I was kept up all the way until the end, something not a lot of fanfiction can manage. Amazing job on this fanfiction, I see some actual talent in this and some work as well.

I can't believe no one else thought to make this and dammit, now I want to make one. Totally ship it, bro!

From what I can remember, Azrael is the angel of death, which is where Asriel drew his abilities from, interestingly enough. (god of hyperdeath, anyone?)
The idea of Isaac having multiple personality disorder with the characters as his different personas good one, in my opinion.
It can be a little difficult to notice mood transitions from time to time, please try and work on that.
