I love this story. It's very unique and one that I haven't seen before in the many SnS fics that I have seen. There may have been fics where Soma and Erina knew each other as children and they knew each others lineage too. This one kind of focuses on the in between the story and that is great! I hope to see more of your creativity in the next chapter, Author-san!

Absolutely incredible. This story is one of the better Sorina fanfics I've every read. The plot kept me intrigued throughout the entire chapter which is something not many authors who write fanfiction can achieve, and more importantly, Soma and Erina are written to be in character, which is the biggest obstacle in every story, especially with Food War fanfiction where I'll say 90% of the stories here have characters really ooc. The only complaint I have is that you could've described the scene a little bit better so that the reader has a complete understanding of where the characters are at and what's happening.

"It was...passable" Erina managed to find a wonderful loophole and alongside Hisako's splendid assist, was able to give her opinion with Soma none the wiser besides acknowledging he was closer to his goal.

"Sometimes I forget what a big shot Erina is" XD

A great start to a promising story. Love your ideas! The plot so far is really interesting, and I'm enjoying the dialogue. I did notice that a good majority of your first chapter is dialogue, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's the best way to further the plot and establish characterization, after all. Just maybe try describing the scene a little more? That's the best way to make readers feel like they're really experiencing the story's events. But other than that small thing, I really am enjoying reading this story. You're a great writer, and I'm so happy that you have good grammar, lol. I'm sorry for reviewing the first chapter, I'll continue reading after I post this. I just wanted to give you some constructive criticism. Take everything I say with a grain of salt though. I'm def not qualified to give anyone real advice :P
