I'd go with rewrite. P.S. I don't want to sound like a jerk but you made a mistake in the first chapter. Lucy found seven keys on the table, but Leo listed ten so I think you were too into making you're story that you didn't notice.

This is very interesting i understand exactly what crossover you did You Put Little parts of the series
Into a great accomplishment Maybe You Could put more characters in Because If somebody hasn't watched either of the series they wouldn't know. maybe since there is a story teller in fairy tail, whenever somebody comes into the story the story teller tells you a little about the person.
I think you should right these a lot more for different anime like there is this anime called "Glitter Force" and it has an interesting plot but IT'S SO CORNY. I personally think you could totally do this because this anime could use improvement and i think this anime should be like fairy tail or one piece ( Glitter Force - Wikipedia)
