ColdOnePaul chapter 9 . 5/28/2018
Wow. Wow. This is a heck of a chapter! You wrote a great sketch/outline of the history of Brion, and I could almost literally see it happening in my mind’s eye. And I am starting to understand Isharia’s primal reaction when she heard the Sith were alive. And I am beginning to understand why the Brionians exude the coldness and shielding of their minds in the Force, and why they are so xenophobic and secretive. Is Yoda aware of the Brionians and their Force tradition given that he is so strong and able to extend his mind to touch others? He seems very calm given his admonishing of Isharia after the Council concluded.

You have a great story! I hope you will post the next chapter soon!

Love the update! I was wondering when Obi Wan and Isharia would meet again!
ColdOnePaul chapter 8 . 5/1/2018
Wow, and nice chapter! It was neat to see the character study of Isharia. And quite fascinating to see her response to the news of the return of the Sith — that was quite a visceral reaction from Isharia. Is she going to try to collect gear similar to what she possessed as a Brionian Hunter to keep in her arsenal and try to secretly assist the Jedi in combating the Sith? I can almost see her as an assassin with a Force light whip.

I can’t wait to see the next chapter!

Your writing is amazing! So descriptive and emotional! I can’t wait to see Isharia’s relationships with the Jedi develop more!
ColdOnePaul chapter 7 . 12/27/2017
I read this chapter through to the end, and then I was like a quiet “wow” then I finished the last part. Yoda seems to have a real inkling of just who Ishara is and which Force tradition she is trained in. And yet, he apparently has taken a very nuanced appraisal of her as a Force practitioner, deeming her to be quite strong and knowledgeable, independent of the Jedi disciplines but yet not a dark-spider. It will be quite interesting to see how she progresses in her studies and whether her immersion in the Temple on a daily basis might inadvertently make her drop her guard and display her skills. She doesn’t hibernate a lightsaber or similar weapon, does she?

And I liked the interaction that she had with Anakin. I wonder if she would be able to pull him away ever so slightly from Palpatine’s malice. But yet, I wonder if Anakin would remember her after he falls to the darkness and attempt to eliminate her after the initial purge. I’ll just have to wait and see:)

ColdOnePaul chapter 6 . 12/10/2017
Really enjoyed this chapter! I liked the distinction you made about the Hunter Force versus the Jedi and Sith philosophies. I actually was thinking idly whether her philosophy was more akin to the Bendu’s. She’s definitely an intriguing and complex person.

Looking forward to the next chapter!

This has truly captivated me! Sometimes throughout this I've related to poor Isharia. I sometimes wonder is the sad man is Obi-wan, and thats why she remembers him, or possibly Anikan. Overall this was a wonderfully written chapter and you have truly drawn me into this story.
