i thought you did paige so well, making sure that her independence and toughness was portrayed, but also including how roman can knock her walls down and see past the front she puts up

roman's bluntness seems in character with him, and because we all know he's a family man i love how he wanted to keep her close

Aw, Paige is not used to being affectionate like Roman is, and you showed that really well. The imagery is spot on. I love the way you described Paige so wrapped in the sheets like a burrito. I think that's my favourite imagery from this story.

i love how true to character this was. as hard and tough as roman is on the outside, but on the inside, he's all squishy. like, he's just a *good* guy and that's so different than what paige is used to, and i just love their contrast, which you captured perfectly.
