This was the best swanfire story I've ever read. I am so glad that in this story they stayed together as they should have in the show. You write them so well. I'm glad you had them volunteer at the youth center and that helps them to figure out their desire to help kids in a way that they were never helped themselves. Emma career choice to be a Youth Counselor was a great idea. They will be plenty of children in Storybooke will could benefit from it. Thank you for changing Henry's name to Porter. It always bothers me in fics where she keeps the baby and his name still ends being Henry because it doesn't make sense. Regina named him Henry after her father but Emma would have no reason to name him that. Porter is a great name to honor Neal and Emma's relationship and is significant to their meeting so it makes sense. I love that you gave Emma and Neal friends. In a lot of stories people write them as loners who keep to themselves. That always makes me sad to think they wouldn't much of a life until they get to Storybrooke. Here they already have friends and a support system to help them grow. I think even in this verse they'll still want to go to Storybrooke to reunite the rest of their family. Thank you so much for writing this. It was wonderful.

I really loved this story! It was terrifically written and honestly one of the best I have read so far. I'm so glad I found it. Now, on to the sequel!

I love how they're volunteering to help the youth. Although I can't help but wonder if Emma is eventually going to because a bail bond person since the whole story changed. Also, are we going to see August anytime soon? Please update soon.

So I know that I already reviewed over on ao3 but I generally reread your updates two or three times because a. they're so good and b. i seem to always miss something the first time around, generally because I can't help but read it even if I don't have the opportunity to focus all of my attention on it. I just want to add to my previous review that I think this direction ultimately works so well because I can literally see this in my head. You /know/ Neal and Emma in a way unlike any other author I can think of, myself included. You know exactly who they are and where they need to be headed. I'm insanely jealous of how well you know them. This is literally the update that I wait for with baited breath.

I am so so excited to see where this story goes. Right now this is my favourite updating swanfire fic. Your author note had me curious about what 'testing the limits of Neal's identity' means. I'm very very invested in this story.

This chapter was good. And then you had Neal tell her his name, and that made it great. So this chapter was great. And then you added Sex on the Beach, and it became phenomenal, even though they're 100% going to regret it because sand gets in gross places. Ugh.

Do you ever plan to have there pasts catch up to them?
